Clinic Flooring Replacement in Midtown Toronto

Yonge Street Dental wanted a warmer, more modern clinic without closing their doors. We replaced the flooring throughout — removing worn carpet tile and dated hard flooring and installing durable grey wood-look luxury vinyl tile (LVT) across the practice — sequencing the work around live operatories to keep the clinic running.

What we did

Yonge Street Dental is a busy Midtown Toronto practice whose interior was let down by worn carpet tile and dated hard flooring. Rather than close for a renovation, they wanted the floors replaced with minimal disruption — so we planned the work in phases and sequenced it around their live operatories.

  • Demolition & removal — we lifted the old carpet tile and dated flooring across the clinic and cleared the rooms back to the subfloor.
  • Subfloor preparation — each area was cleaned, leveled, and prepped so the new flooring would sit flat and seamless.
  • Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) — we installed durable grey wood-look LVT throughout: water-resistant, comfortable underfoot, and easy to sanitize — a great fit for a clinical setting.
  • Baseboards & transitions — fresh baseboards and clean transitions finish the floor crisply from room to room.
  • Working around the practice — operatory equipment was wrapped and protected and the work was sequenced room by room to keep the clinic open.

The result is a warmer, more contemporary practice with a single, continuous floor tying it together — delivered without closing the doors.
