Major Clinic Refresh & Reception Remodel

Dawson Dental Centre wanted a brighter, more modern practice without the disruption of a full rebuild. We replaced the flooring, repainted throughout, remodelled the reception and waiting area with modern millwork/furniture and upgraded lighting — transforming the look and feel of the clinic while keeping it operational.

What we did

Dawson Dental Centre is a well-run practice that was held back by a dated interior. Rather than a disruptive full rebuild, we planned a focused refresh that modernized the spaces patients and staff use every day — and scheduled the work to keep the clinic running.

Flooring — we removed the old flooring and installed new light shade LVTs (Luxury Vinyl Tiles), wood-look flooring across the reception, hallways, operatories, and offices for a bright, seamless, easy-to-clean finish.
Painting — fresh, light paint (Zero VOC, Antimicrobial, EasyClean) throughout. Walls and Ceiling.
Reception millwork & furnitures — the original dark-wood reception was rebuilt as a clean white desk with backlit Dawson Dental signage and modern lighting.
Interior design — a cohesive, modern palette ties the reception, hallways, and clinical spaces together for a welcoming, professional feel.
Electrical & lighting upgrade — new lighting including warm LED hallway scones lighting, modern designer chandelier at the reception and replaced all ceiling potlights.
Plumbing fixtures upgrade — new operatory room sink faucets installed to replace aged out units.
Pan Room Computer Station placement redesign - moved pan machine computer system from a stationary placement to a wall mounted articulated arm system to give extra space in a very tight room.

The result is a lighter, more contemporary clinic that reflects the quality of care inside — delivered as a phased refresh with minimal disruption to the practice’s daily operations schedule.
